A framework, not two days of talking

People ask what actually happens in the two days of The Global Mobility Workshop. Fair question — "planning session" doesn't tell you much on its own.

Here's the honest answer: you leave with three things. Not inspiration. Not a folder of country rankings. Three specific, connected pieces of a plan you can actually use.

1. A personalized plan, in writing

By the end, you have something written down: what's already working in your favor, where the real gaps are — legal, financial, logistical — and the specific next step to take in the next 30 days.

Not a list of countries. Not "follow your passion." An actual next step, specific to your situation, that you can act on the following Monday.

2. An honest read on readiness

"Am I actually ready for this?" is a fair question, and it deserves a real answer instead of a pep talk.

Part of the two days is a business and income-readiness review — looking at what's actually stable in your work right now, what needs another six months before it can travel with you, and where you're overestimating or underestimating your own readiness. Numbers, not vibes.

3. Systems that hold

This is the piece most remote-work plans quietly fall apart on. Time zones. Client expectations. Boundaries that erode by week three because nobody built them to hold in the first place.

That's the last part of the two days — not more inspiration, infrastructure. The actual systems and boundaries that let the rest of the plan survive contact with a real week.
