Most of the questions in it are the book's own words. Where a chapter already asked something better than a worksheet could, the chapter's version is the one you get.
This is education. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, or mental-health advice, and buying it does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Where a question touches law or money in another country, the workbook tells you to go to a qualified professional there, and helps you work out which kind and what to ask.

I wrote Virtual Impact because I did both. I moved abroad, rebuilt a career, went back to school, practiced law, and helped other people build businesses and new lives — and I still had to confront the same question everyone in this book is asking: what does it actually look like to build a life that fits who you are?
Not the fantasy version. Not hustle culture. The real one, with the legal realities, the identity questions, and the burnout still in it.
