Let's talk about Les
I've lived a few different lives.
I grew up between cultures and languages as a military kid, later living in places like Germany, Italy, France, and the Middle East. Over the years, my work has moved across immigration law, international strategy branding, development, and consulting, but underneath all of it has always been the same question:
What does it actually look like to build a life that feels sustainable, honest, and aligned with who you are?

This corner of the internet grew out of that question.
Out of burnout. Out of rebuilding. Out of major life shifts, remote work, parenting, grief, ambition, identity, and trying to figure out how to create a life that had room for both success and breathing.
I created this space for professionals who are rethinking the way they want to work andlive. People who are curious about flexibility, global mobility, remote work, independent paths, or simply trying to imagine something different for themselves.

Global Strategy
Speaking, Strategy & Global Conversations
I did not come to global strategy through theory. I came to it through real rooms, real choices, and real people trying to figure out what comes next.
In this video, I’m speaking to MBA students from four continents and more than 25 countries. We were talking about their options if they wanted to work in the United States, including employment visas, business visas, and what it actually means to build a career across borders.
Many of them had already made bold decisions. They chose to travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. They chose to pursue their MBA outside of what was familiar. Some were preparing to work as consultants. Others were considering countries where the language, culture, and
systems were completely new.
That is the kind of work I care about.
Helping people think through their options clearly. Helping them see that their career does not have to stay inside one country, one job title, or one version of success.
"How do I build a life that feels sustainable?"
"How do I create work that aligns with who I actually am?"
"How do I grow professionally without losing myself in the process?"
Those conversations, across cultures, industries, and lived experiences, helped shape the perspective behind this space. One rooted not just in strategy, but in honesty, adaptability, and intentionality.
My Approach
Grounded, reflective, and practical.
I don't believe in hustle culture, performative productivity, or pretending life transitions are simple.
I believe in building systems and strategies that support your actual life, not just your résumé. I believe flexibility should feel sustainable.
I believe rest matters. I believe identity shapes the way we move through the world.
And I believe many professionals already have the skills and intelligence needed to build something different, they just need space to think beyond survival mode.
This work is not about becoming someone completely new. It is about becoming more honest about what you need, what you value, and what kind of life you actually want to build.
